What you Should Know about Omega Fatty Acid Fish Oil
Omega Fatty Acid is a breakthrough fish oil product using a high potency Omega-3 oil with the enhanced benefit of the fat-soluble vitamins D and K, PLUS lipase for enhanced digestion and absorption. Lipase as a digestive aid - an enzyme needed for breaking down lipids (fats) and in particular, triglycerides.
Lipase also helps to prevent any fishy aftertaste, known as 'repeat', that sometimes occurs with fish oil supplements. But that’s not all! It was important to me to make sure Vitamins D and K were also included in our Fish Oil for a truly unique and Important Synergistic Blend.
While vitamin D is typically recommended with calcium for bone health, vitamin D supplementation, in the presence of inadequate levels of vitamin K, can increase the risk of calcium deposit in arteries and soft tissue. Thus, it is important to supplement vitamin D with vitamin K, which will then complement the cardiovascular and bone health benefits provided by Omega 3 fatty acids.
And considering that deficiencies in vitamins D and K may be more prevalent than expected, adding vitamin D and K in fish oil would ensure that the health benefits from fish oil are optimized.
Benefits of Omega Fish Oil may include:
• Cardiovascular Health
• Nervous System Health
• Mood
• Metabolic Syndrome
• Immune Support
• Bone health - research shows that Omega 3 fatty acids from fish oil improve bone health by enhancing calcium absorption, reducing bone loss and maintaining bone mineral density.
