1. If you open an account with Designs for Health, Life Extension or Natural Partners, you will be purchasing products directly from them on their website(s). If you wish to return and item, you must contact the company from whom you purchased the product(s). Their refund/return policies may differ.

2.a. If you purchase supplements (or related products) on this site, you will receive an order receipt, and the products will be shipped directly from us or the manufacturer/supplier to you.
If you wish to return a product purchased on our website, you must contact us. The seller's contact information will be on the order receipt.

2.b. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unless defective). It must also be in the original packaging. Other returns may be approved on a case-by-case basis. You must contact us at the email address below with any/all return requests. (We require an email from you as opposed to an online form to protect us from hackers who create phony return requests. Sorry.)

2.c. If you order a testing product directly from us (ZRT test kits), you will receive an order receipt from us. If you decide to not complete the test, you must notify us by email. The test kit must be discarded as it has a serial number and cannot be reused. We will refund the full purchase price less $10 which is what ZRT charges us to ship the kit you you. Refunds are issued as soon as possible but not more than 14 days after we receive your notice..

2.d. If you purchase a product on our website that you later wish to return, and we agree to a refund, we will refund the original amount of the purchase less a $10.00 return fee. Products damaged in shipping will not incur the $10.00 return fee.

3. If you purchase a paid "subscription" to a workshop (digital materials), paid training course (digital materials), or other paid access to subscriber-only restricted areas of our website or another related website (for access to digital materials) and wish to cancel your subscription, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. If you have not begun to use the materials and have not accessed the restricted areas described above, we will refund the full cost of your subscription and cancel your subscription at your request. If you have already begun to use the materials and/or have accessed the restricted areas described above and which to cancel your subscription, we will consider your request for a prorated refund on a case-by-case basis. Refund(s) will never exceed the actual amount you have already paid for the subscription or other paid access. All refund requests must be directed to the email address below.

4. All refunds, whenever possible, will be in the form of a credit to the credit card account used to make the purchase. If that is not possible, a refund will be in the form of a check sent by US Mail.
