Your Test kit will be ordered within 48 hours and shipped directly to you. Please read and follow the instructions provided with the test kit.
Next - Ship the test back to ZRT.
You will receive your results within a few weeks. WMS will also be notified and Dr. Karen will then begin to assess the results and complete a full assessment report customized just for you based on your test results.
Next - We will email you the Assessment in PDF form to the email address you provided. It's that EASY!
