One Way is Through Testing ...
Most Conventional docs don’t test at all and only recommend solutions after you have gone thru menopause.
That’s one way to do it. Since menopause is a guarantee (and obvious) sign of low levels. But, what happens then for the up to 10 years BEFORE menopause when hormones start declining?
Are we just to ignore what is happening and allow changes to occur without any effort toward PREVENTION?
Another way is to test through a home testing kit. There are plenty on the market but we at WMS have picked ZRT labs because they are one of the most experienced and highly respected laboratories in the U.S. that focus on hormones.
